Every shipment comes with a tracking number. Monitor your package from pickup to delivery.
ASTIN covers applicable customs duties as part of your order total, in line with our Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping model.
Shipments are covered against loss or damage in transit through our logistics partner, subject to the carrier's claims process and our Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of international shipping, we cannot accept returns after successful delivery. Please review product details carefully.
Electronics are not included. We do not ship mobile phones, gadgets, smart devices, batteries, or electronic components. Perishables, hazardous materials, and counterfeit goods are also prohibited.
